Our Design Process

Brand Overview:

JASPRA is a luxury womenswear brand specializing in chikankaari, offering a range of products including shirts, co-ord sets, dresses, tops, and tunics. The brand aimed to launch an e-commerce website that not only facilitated domestic and international sales but also reflected the luxurious essence of JASPRA.

Strategic Approach

Problem Identification

JASPRA faced the challenge of needing an online platform that could effectively support their e-commerce ambitions. They required a website that enabled seamless sales both locally and internationally. Additionally, the brand sought to enhance the user experience by making the site intuitive and easy to navigate. Representing the luxurious nature of JASPRA through the website design was also crucial. Finally, ensuring a user-friendly navigation system across different devices was essential to cater to a diverse audience.

Homepage and Banners

To address these needs, the website’s homepage was designed with creatively crafted banners featuring a unique text-behind-them concept. This design choice was aimed at clearly displaying product categories, aiding users in their decision-making and navigation processes. The banners not only provided direction but also added a sophisticated touch that aligned with the brand’s luxurious image.

Navigation and Communication

For navigation, a dual approach was taken to cater to different devices. On mobile, a 3-dot menu was implemented to provide an uncluttered and easy-to-use interface. For desktop users, a clear and comprehensive menu allowed quick access to various sections of the site. Additionally, to facilitate communication, a floating WhatsApp button was added at the bottom right of the screen, enabling users to contact the brand directly and effortlessly.

IMPACT

The strategic approach led to a significant improvement in user experience, with intuitive navigation and luxurious design elements creating a positive impression. The inclusion of the WhatsApp button resulted in increased customer engagement, making it easier for users to communicate with the brand. The website’s e-commerce functionality successfully enabled JASPRA to expand its market internationally, while the unique banner design and overall aesthetic effectively represented the high-end nature of the brand.

Overall, the project achieved its goals of enhancing user experience, expanding global reach, and maintaining the luxurious image of JASPRA.
